Roasted Buckwheat Kernal is the leading product in our company ,which takes big sweet buckwheats in the north part of Inner Mongolia as raw material. The producing process is listed blow. First, the buckwheat is cleaned by standard grain cleaning equipment to remove dockage, impurity and small stones in accordance with good manufacturing practices, thus we get pure and clean unprocessed Buckwheat after dust elimination, high temperature stewing and roasting; Second, we shell the buckwheat and get its kernel. Finally we get 6 kinds of roasted buckwheat kernal according its size by clssificating many times. Our products have the features of safety , healthy , green and non- polluted.
